Custom Gift Ordering Instructions USA Shipping
First, we want to thank you for visiting Thompson Custom Gifts and considering us for your order. We Ship to U.S.A. Only, Alaska and Hawaii will have additional shipping charges. Review the video to see how a Personalized Photo Clock with custom clock face is made.
1. Placing your order - To place a order for your photo clock, you will need to use the buy now button to pay through paypal or with a credit card. Send an email to email@example.com with the design number or name of the photo clock of your choice and attach the images you wish to use.
2. What type of file to upload - We accept images with the following file extensions: .jpg, .tiff and .pdf, these must be uncompressed files.
Just email your images to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please use the best quality image possible. Your images should be at least 2000 pixels at 300dpi. If using a digital camera use the highest quality setting the camera has, at least 3 megapixels.
If scanning your photographs, use a resolution of 300dpi or more.
Do not send images that you do not have the rights to reproduce.

3. Paying for your Personalized Photo Clock - You can pay online by using paypal, you can use your credit card with paypal even if you don't have a paypal account.
4. Email Confirmation - You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours confirming that your order has been received.
5. Shipping - Flat Rate Shipping of $6.99. At this time we only ship to US addresses. Alaska and Hawaii will have additional shipping charges.
6. Shipping and Production Time - Generally production of your personalized photo clock will be between 4-7 days to produce and depends on your location, another 2-7 days in shipping time.
7. Color Variables - Computer monitors and printers display colors differently. What you see on your computer screen may not be the exact printed colors of your personalized photo clock.
8. Return Policy - Due to the nature of a personalized photo clock it cannot be returned. If there is an error on our part, you can receive a replacement. If your photo clock was damaged in shipping we will replace it if we have proof, such as photographs and damage claims.
